Eyewear Policy and Warranty Coverage
We offer a one-year limited warranty on the frames we sell. The warranty covers manufacturer defects, but not accidental damage such as drops, bending, or breaks due to impact, damage caused by improper handling or storage, damage due to exposure to extreme heat, cold, or chemicals, or loss or theft of frames.
If you believe your frames have a manufacturer defect, please visit our office. Our team will assess the issue and determine whether it qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement. If your frames have damage that is not covered under warranty, we may still be able to assist with repairs at a reduced cost. Our team is happy to discuss available options with you.
Lenses purchased with a premium Crizal® Anti-Glare (Easy, Rock, Prevencia) coating are guaranteed for up to two years from original order date from product failure resulting in atypical scratching or crazing from normal use. Lenses ordered without these protective coatings typically do not come with a warranty; however, we are happy to discuss replacement options as needed and as the situation dictates.
